NATURAL COLOURS
Natural colorants are obtained from natural raw materials
The growth conditions
The conditions for growth during the cultivation and harvesting of natural raw materials (such as incident sunlight and temperature) influence the resulting quality and available quantity of the colours. As a result, their composition is subject to slight natural variations.
During application of natural colours, it should generally be remembered that their stability is limited within certain pH ranges and in the presence of heat and/or light, and their potential uses must tested on the relevant final product.

Our natural colours can be divided into products with an
E-number and those without (called “clean label” products). Clean-label products are ingredients with colouring properties. In addition to this subdivision, other properties of our products make our portfolio very diverse. These include different solubilities and different colour strengths.
The following tables serve as an overview. They do not represent our entire portfolio and do not replace individual product advice. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us personally.
